Lisa Hoffmann | Director

Lisa began her employment with Sharon Hill Daycare and Preschool in 1997 as a teacher in the infant room.  She has moved up through multiple management positions and has been the director since 2001.  Lisa has obtained a Child Development Associate certificate and has many hours of continuing education in Early Childhood Development. She loves children and enjoys working with them and their parents.   In her free time she loves to travel, read, scrapbooking, teaching elementary age children at her church and spending time with her family.

Anita Felton | Assistant Director

Anita has been the Assistant Director since 2008.  Her extensive business background is an invaluable asset for handling the day to day responsibilities of this position. She has taken many hours of continuing education classes in Early Childhood Development.  After working hours she enjoys spending time with her four wonderful boys or watching a good movie.

Tina Kidd | Preschool Unit Manager

Tina began teaching children in 1994. She became part of the Sharon Hill family teaching Pre-Kindergarten in 2006.  Tina has earned an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Cincinnati which has helped her continue to improve the quality of the children’s education while they are enrolled in our preschool program. Tina enjoys reading, sewing, scrapbooking and spending time with her family.

Linda Moore | Infant Unit Manager

Linda has been employed with Sharon Hill since 2005.  She has completed the Infant Toddler Overview and has multiple hours of continuing education in the infant/toddler area of Early Childhood Education.  Working with children has been a large part of her life for many years.  She loves helping the infants learn new milestones in their development. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her animals, teaching Sunday school at church and reading a good book.

Cindi Rauen | Toddler Room Unit Manager

Cindi began her education career in 2001. She graduated form the University of Cincinnati in 2003 with an Associates Degree in Applied Science majoring in Early Childhood Education and Care. She became part of the Sharon Hill family teaching toddlers in 2011. Her experience continues to improve the quality of the children's education while they are enrolled in our program. Cindi enjoys volleyball, softball and most of all spending time with her family.
